2. Scope

These terms apply to all sales concluded online on sudbio.ma with individual consumers, wherever they reside.

3. Products and availability

Products are offered subject to available stock. Sud Bio reserves the right to modify, withdraw or update its catalogue at any time.

4. Prices and currency

Depending on the visitor’s location, prices may be displayed in Moroccan dirhams (MAD), euros (EUR) or US dollars (USD).

For international orders, conversion may be handled automatically by PayPal or by the customer’s bank.

Prices may change without notice until the order is confirmed.

5. Orders

To place an order, the customer must:

• be at least 18 years old;
• provide accurate personal information;
• accept the present terms and conditions of sale.

An order confirmation is sent to the customer by email.

Sud Bio may refuse an order in case of suspected fraud, stock shortage or a payment issue.

6. Payment methods

Payments are secured and encrypted.

Accepted payment methods:

• Payzone (card payment)
• PayPal

Sud Bio stores no card data.

7. Shipping and delivery

Orders are shipped internationally.

Preparation time: 24 to 48 business hours.

Delivery time depends on the destination and the carrier used.

A tracking number is provided when available.

Customs duties or import taxes may apply and remain the buyer’s responsibility.

8. Customer responsibilities on delivery

The customer checks the parcel on receipt and reports any missing or damaged item within 48 hours.

9. Returns and refunds

Return window: 14 days from delivery.

Returned items must be:

• unopened;
• unused;
• sealed;
• in their original packaging.

For hygiene and safety reasons, opened cosmetic products cannot be returned or refunded.

Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except for an incorrect or defective item.

Refunds are issued within 14 business days after inspection of the returned item.

10. Product use and allergies

Customers are invited to read the ingredient list and to perform a patch test before first use if necessary.

Sud Bio cannot be held responsible for a reaction linked to individual sensitivity.

11. Intellectual property

All site content — texts, logos, graphic designs, photographs, brands — belongs to Sud Bio and may not be reproduced without prior agreement.

12. Personal data and confidentiality

Personal data is collected and processed in accordance with our Privacy policy and the applicable regulation.

13. Liability

Sud Bio cannot be held responsible for:

• delays caused by carriers;
• times linked to customs procedures;
• improper storage or use of the products.

14. Changes to the terms

Sud Bio may update these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one in force on the day of purchase.

15. Applicable law and disputes

These terms are governed by Moroccan law.

Any dispute shall first be sought amicably; failing that, it shall be brought before the competent courts of Morocco.
