Quality assurance: every lot controlled, every claim documented
Quality at SudBio is a system, not a promise: cosmetic good manufacturing practice (ISO 22716), a laboratory that tests raw materials, batches and finished products, a certificate of analysis on every lot, and a record that traces any unit back to its origin. This page shows how it works and which certifications stand behind it.
What a buyer can rely on
When a distributor, a brand or a hotel buys from SudBio, three things are guaranteed by the system rather than by goodwill: the product is the one that was approved, because its specification is frozen and each batch is tested against it; the product can be traced, because raw-material lots, batch records and retention samples are kept; and the claims on the label are documented, because the file behind them exists before the label is printed.
The controls are the same for our own brands and for a partner’s. The certifications below are the ones an auditor has verified; we do not list a mark we cannot show a certificate for.

Physico-chemical and microbiological controls are made in house, on raw materials at reception, on batches during and after making, and on finished products before release. Stability and compatibility studies run in the same laboratory that formulated the product.

Every raw-material lot, every batch and every unit is written into a record that links them. Ask for a batch and we can tell you its ingredients, their suppliers, its controls and where it was shipped.
Quality — questions buyers ask
What does ISO 22716 cover?
The good manufacturing practice standard for cosmetics: premises, equipment, personnel, raw materials and packaging, production, quality control, storage, complaints and recalls, documentation. It is audited by a third party.
Do you provide a certificate of analysis?
Yes, for every lot of bulk material and every batch of finished product.
Are your products certified organic?
Specific lots and products are, under USDA Organic and the EU standard, certified by CCPB. The certificate applies to the lot or product named on it, and is stated on the quote.
Can I see your certificates?
Yes. Certificates and the quality documentation are available on request to partners and their regulatory teams.
What happens if a batch does not pass?
It is not released. The deviation is recorded and investigated, and the batch is reworked where the procedure allows it, or destroyed.
