How long does delivery take?
Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery time then depends on the destination and carrier — see our shipping & delivery policy for estimates by region.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship to Morocco, Europe, North America, the Middle East and GCC, Africa and Asia. Customs duties or import taxes, where they apply, are paid by the recipient.
Can I return a product if I change my mind?
Unopened, sealed products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics cannot be returned or refunded.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you receive an email with the carrier and tracking number. Tracking can take 24 to 72 hours to appear in the carrier’s system.
Are SudBio products natural?
Our products are formulated in our own laboratory from Moroccan botanicals, without parabens or silicones. Each product page lists its full ingredients.
