A cosmetic that leaves the factory right can still arrive wrong: overheated in a container, undocumented at customs, short-dated on the shelf. SudBio manages the whole chain to your door — storage, picking, documents, transport — so that what you receive is what was released, with the papers that let it clear customs the first time.
We ship from Casablanca — its port for sea freight, its airport for air freight, the road for Morocco and Europe — by sea for pallets and containers, by air when the order is urgent or small. Incoterms from ex-works to delivered, so a delivered price can be compared with any offer you have.

Picking against the record
Orders are picked by batch, first-expired first-out, and the batch numbers shipped are written on the packing list, so your traceability continues from ours.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin and the product documents — certificates of analysis, safety data sheets, INCI lists — prepared by us for your customs and your authority.
Transport
Booked with forwarders we work with regularly, or with yours; pallets and cartons prepared for the mode chosen; oils protected from heat in transit.
Lead times
Stock ships within days of confirmation; production runs take longer. The quote states both the lead time and the transit time to your destination.

Logistics — questions importers ask
Which incoterms do you offer?
EXW Casablanca, FOB Casablanca, CIF and DAP to your warehouse. The quote names the one used.
Can I use my own forwarder?
Yes. We prepare the goods and the documents for your forwarder’s booking.
How are oils protected from heat in transit?
Opaque packaging, sealed cartons, pallets wrapped, and a transport mode and schedule chosen for the season and destination.
Do you ship samples?
Yes, by courier, with the documents a sample shipment needs.
What is the shelf life at delivery?
Orders are picked first-expired first-out; the remaining shelf life at delivery is stated with the quote when your buyer requires a minimum.
