Filling and packaging, from the batch to the shelf
The last metres decide whether a good product reaches the customer as one. SudBio fills its oils and cosmetics into bottles, jars, tubes and dispensers, labels them with your artwork after checking the mandatory mentions, and packs them into retail-ready units and cartons — for our ranges, for private label, for hotels.
The pack is part of the formula
A bottle is not a container: it is what keeps an oil from oxidising, a cream from drying, a preservative from failing. Every packaging component we use has been tested with the formula it holds, and a component a partner brings is tested the same way before a single unit is filled.
Filling runs under the same ISO 22716 controls as making: cleaned lines, released materials, line clearance between products, weight and torque checks, batch and expiry codes printed on every unit and written into the record. The label is checked against the market’s mandatory mentions — INCI, batch, period after opening, responsible person — before it is printed.
How a unit is made ready
Component qualification
Every bottle, closure, pump and box is checked for compatibility with the formula — leakage, interaction, closure integrity — before it is approved for a product.
Artwork and mandatory mentions
You supply the artwork; we check it against what your market requires on the label and on the box, and print only when it is right.
Filling
Line clearance, released materials, weight or volume checks at set intervals, batch and expiry codes on every unit.
Assembly and packing
Sets assembled, units cased, cartons labelled with contents and lot, pallets prepared for road, sea or air.
Retail-ready
Barcodes, inner counts and case labels agreed with your buyer, so the carton goes from the dock to the shelf.

Can I bring my own packaging?
Yes. It is qualified with the formula first — leakage, compatibility, closure — and used once it passes.
Do you print the labels?
We print or have printed the label from your artwork, after checking the mandatory mentions for your market.
Can you fill bulk oil into my bottles only, without making the product?
Yes: filling and labelling of our oils and hydrosols into your packaging is a service on its own.
Do you have low-waste options?
Refill formats, wall dispensers, solid soaps and recyclable components — asked for by hotels most of all.
Can you prepare retail-ready cartons for a chain?
Yes — barcodes, inner counts and case labels to your buyer’s specification.
