Buying Moroccan cosmetics at the source
Argan oil comes from one place in the world: the argan forest of south-west Morocco, around Agadir and Essaouira. SudBio, founded in 2007 and based in Casablanca, buys its kernels from the cooperatives of that region and presses, formulates and makes its products in Morocco. When you import from us, you import from the country the ingredient comes from and from the house that formulated the product — not from a re-exporter.
Our export customers are importers and distributors of natural cosmetics, retail chains and online brands, spa and hospitality suppliers, and formulators and repackers who buy botanical oils in bulk. Each gets the same thing: a stable specification, a certificate of analysis per lot, and documents that clear customs the first time.
How we export
Incoterms
We quote ex-works Casablanca, FOB Casablanca, or delivered to your warehouse (CIF, DAP), so you can compare with the offers you have.
Documents
Commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, certificate of analysis per lot, safety data sheets and INCI lists. For the EU, the documentation your responsible person needs for the product file; for other markets, what their authority asks for.
Transport
Sea freight for pallets and containers, air freight when the order is urgent or small, road within Morocco and to Europe. We book with forwarders we work with regularly, or with yours.
Lead times
Products in stock ship within days of confirmation; production runs and private label take longer. The quote states the lead time for your order, and the transit time for your destination.
Payment
Bank transfer in euros or dollars; a deposit at order and the balance before shipment for a first order, then terms as the relationship establishes.

Export — questions importers ask
Which countries do you export to?
The European Union, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, the Gulf states, North America and several Asian markets. If yours is not listed, ask: what matters is the documentation your market requires, and we check it before quoting.
Is your argan oil certified?
Every lot ships with a certificate of analysis. Certificates that apply to a specific lot or product — organic and others — are listed on the quote and travel with the goods.
What is the minimum export order?
It is set per product and format, and stated with the price sheet. For bulk oils it is a container size; for finished products, a number of cartons per reference.
Can you ship a mixed order of bulk oil and finished products?
Yes. A mixed pallet or container is common for distributors who want both ingredients and retail products.
Do you provide the documents for EU import of cosmetics?
We provide the formula, INCI, safety data, test reports and certificates that the product information file requires, and we support your responsible person for the CPNP notification.
Can I visit before ordering?
Yes, we receive importers and partners in Casablanca by appointment. Many start with samples and a video call.
