The “click” you make after completing your order form constitutes validation of your order and irrevocable acceptance of these terms and conditions.
Consequently, you may only order products or services if you accept the conditions set out below.

1. Preamble

The following general terms and conditions of sale govern all transactions established on the SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT web catalogue. Any order placed on this site implies the customer’s unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions.

2. Subject

The present contract is a distance contract, the purpose of which is to define the rights and obligations of the parties in the context of the sale of products by the company SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT, on the Internet, via the e platform.
www.sudbio.ma is a service and registered trademark of SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT S.A.R.L.

3. Definitions

In the remainder of the contract, each of the expressions mentioned above will be understood in the sense of its definition, i.e. :

  • Distance contract”: any contract concerning goods or services between Société SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT and a Consumer within the framework of a distance sales or service provision system organised by Société SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT which, for this contract, exclusively uses the Internet network until the conclusion of the contract, including the conclusion of the contract itself.
  • Consumer”: any natural person who, in this contract, is acting for purposes which are not part of their professional activity.
    – Order Form”: a document indicating the characteristics of the Products ordered by the Consumer, which must be signed by the Consumer by “double-clicking” in order to be binding.
    – Order”: act by which the Consumer undertakes to purchase Products and SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT to deliver them.

4. Products

All products in the catalogue are sold while stocks last.
The company SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT reserves the right to withdraw an item from the catalogue without prior notice, and may under no circumstances be required to compensate or cancel an order following the impossibility of using the product purchased for reasons of incompatibility with equipment already owned by the purchaser.

5. Placing an order

Once you have found the product(s) you are interested in, click on the “order” button, and the product will be added to your order form.
You can modify your order form at any time and return to the catalogue by clicking on “Continue shopping”.
When you have finished shopping, confirm your order by clicking on the “Pay” button.
In the event of an error on your part, when you enter your details on the order form, we advise you to send us a request for cancellation by e-mail within 24 hours. Once the order has been cancelled by SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT, you may place a new order.

6. Prices

The prices mentioned in the catalogue are indicated in Moroccan dirham excluding tax, are valid at the time they are consulted by the customer and are those in force at the time the order is placed.
VAT is calculated on the order form according to the rate applicable on the day of the order. The order form and transactions are made in Moroccan DH.
Any change in the rate will automatically be reflected in the price of the products.

7. Execution of the order

The order will be executed at the latest within 7 days from the day following the day on which the Consumer placed his/her order.
If the Product ordered is unavailable, the Consumer will be informed as soon as possible and will have the option of cancelling the order.

8. Delivery

Delivery is not ensured by SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT, the customer will collect his goods from the delivery address indicated on his order form.
The Products are delivered to the address indicated by the Consumer on the Order Form. The Consumer is obliged to check the packaging of the goods on delivery and to report any damage due to the carrier on the delivery slip as well as to the Company SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT within one day.
At the Consumer’s request, an invoice can be sent to the delivery address by validating the option provided for this purpose on the Order Form.

How much does delivery cost?
Transport costs are payable by the buyer,
– In Morocco and abroad, they are based on XXXX rates for registered mail.
– Our prices include VAT and are calculated on the basis of the weight of the products.
– The cost of transport for your delivery is indicated on your invoice.
– It decreases with the quantity ordered. It is best to group your orders.
What are the delivery times?
Your order will be dispatched within 48 hours of receipt of your payment, subject to stock availability.
In Morocco and abroad, items will be sent by registered post.
Any delays will not give rise to compensation, cancellation of the order or refusal to accept delivery.

9. Method of payment

To pay for your order, you choose the method of payment from those offered by SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT on the payment page.

In this case, the transaction will be debited from your account on the day following the date of confirmation of delivery.

Your payments are secured by the Centre Monétique Interbancaire (CMI), which offers a fully secure payment service.

The Consumer guarantees Société SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT that he/she has the necessary authorisations to use the method of payment chosen by him/her when validating the Order Form.
In the event of payment by bank card, the provisions relating to fraudulent use of the means of payment set out in the agreements concluded between the Consumer and the issuer of the card between Société SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT and its banking establishment shall apply.

10. Data confidentiality

The information you are asked to provide is necessary for the processing of your order.

11. Cancelling an order paid for by credit card

Returns are only permitted in the event of an error in the product delivered or a major manufacturing defect. Differences in size, colour or design do not constitute a valid reason. The buyer has a period of 3 days from receipt of the order to justify and proceed with the return. Sud Bio will reimburse the Customer for any sums already paid, less any shipping costs. Reimbursements of products will be made by Société Sud Bio within a maximum of 30 days after receipt of said products.

12. Right of withdrawal

From the date of delivery of your order, you have a period of 7 days to exercise your right of withdrawal, and be fully reimbursed. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods. However, only goods returned in perfect condition for resale, complete and in their original packaging (unopened) may be refunded.

13. Guarantee

All products sold in the catalogue are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects. The duration of this guarantee is at least one year (from the invoice date). In the event of the return of non-defective equipment, the customer may be billed for transport and handling costs. This guarantee does not cover damage resulting from accidents, misuse or negligence.

14. Proof of transactions paid for by bank card

The data recorded by the CMI on the payment platform on behalf of SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT constitutes proof of all commercial transactions between you and the company SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT.

15. Force majeure

SUD BIO IMPORT EXPORT shall only be held responsible for the execution of its obligations insofar as no event of force majeure impedes them.
