This Returns & Refunds Policy explains the conditions under which a return or refund may be requested for orders placed on sudbio.ma.

2. Return Eligibility
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, items must be:
– unopened
– unused
– sealed
– in their original packaging
– in perfect resale condition
For hygiene, health, and cosmetic safety reasons, opened or used products cannot be returned or refunded.
3. Non-Returnable Items
Returns cannot be accepted for:
– opened, tested, or used products
– packaging damaged after delivery
– promotional, sample, or discounted items (unless defective)
– products not purchased on sudbio.ma
4. Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you receive the wrong item, a damaged product, or a product with a manufacturing defect, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
– your order number
– photos of the product and packaging
– a description of the issue
After verification, we will replace or refund the item at no additional cost.
5. Return Procedure
To initiate a return:
- Contact us at contact@sudbio.ma
- Wait for approval and return instructions
- Ship the product using secure and trackable packaging
- Provide the tracking number
Returns sent without prior authorization may be refused.
6. Return Shipping Costs
Unless the product is incorrect or defective:
– return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer
– original shipping fees are non-refundable
7. Refunds
Once the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you whether the refund is approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed within 7–14 business days using the original payment method:
– Payzone (card payment)
– PayPal
Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card issuer.
8. Lost Return Packages
Sud Bio is not responsible for return packages lost during shipping.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service.
9. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
If the order has already been shipped, the standard return procedure will apply.
10. Customs Duties (International Orders)
Customs duties, import taxes, or other fees paid by the customer are not refundable, even if the order is returned.
