Article 2: PRICE
All the prices of products and services offered for sale on the Sudbio.ma site are expressed in euro, all taxes included, excluding shipping costs. Value added taxes and any import duties will be payable upon delivery of your orders directly to the carrier.
Article 3: ORDER
The products sold by SUD BIO are new and guaranteed against any defect. The images and descriptions of the products are as precise and complete as possible, to give an idea of the products. The SudBio.ma site offers handcrafted products that may differ slightly from piece to piece with regard to color, patterns, dimensions, etc.
If it happens that an item is defective or non-compliant, we undertake to carry out a standard exchange to the extent of available stocks; if the reference (s) are no longer in stock, the customer must choose a product with an equivalent price, provided that it is returned to us in its original packaging and accompanied by the corresponding SUD BIO invoice within 2 weeks of receipt to:
