Our beehives in the Gharb region, as well as those in Souss, generate propolis powder. It is high in vitamins, provitamin A, and amino acids, making it a great immune system purifier. It also works as an anti-inflammatory and pain reliever, as well as a calming agent that fights infections and skin disorders.
Use:
Two to four teaspoons of propolis powder per month is recommended for adults. You can also apply it directly to wounds or your own skin masks.
